1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Simple Invoicing application ("Service"), operated by Iman Tech Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Simple Invoicing provides tools for GST invoicing, inventory management, accounting, point-of-sale billing, customer/supplier management and related ecommerce functionality for business use.

3. Account registration and security

• You must provide accurate information when an account is created for you.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

5. Fees and payment

Where the Service is provided on a paid basis, applicable fees will be communicated to you in advance. Online payments, where enabled, are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers.

6. Your business data

You retain ownership of the invoicing, customer, inventory and accounting data you create within the Service. We process this data solely to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is the property of Iman Tech Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you.

8. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers (such as payment gateways, cloud storage and email delivery services) to function. Your use of those integrations may be subject to the third party's own terms and policies.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iman Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
